Bike Sharing Issue

Bike sharing is still a good idea, but there are a few kinks to iron out down here in Bondi. Also, it seems that people like riding down the hill to the beach, but are less inclined to pedal up the other way. Hence the proliferation of abandoned bikes on the Promenade.
