This plaque is on the Adina building on Hall Street.
The Hakoah was an important sporting and social club for the Jewish community until it closed its doors in 2009 after 35 years of operation. The club was demolished in 2009 to make way for the Adina complex, having been sold to the TOGA Group in 2007.
