We got chatting to Jen on the promenade as she was on her way to meet a friend in Bondi.

Jen is from Canada but lives in Beijing where she is “connecting with her heritage and language” .

When we asked what she does she told us she was an illustrator, (it was going to be something creative) “Oh, and I own a bar… and a record company”. That would be Nugget Records “a lo-fi, super diy cassette tape label from beijing, china. we put out releases of music you've probably never heard of, but which you'll definitely love” *
Jen is here with her partner who is from Perth and she misses her pug Baozi.
