Mat is a rapper and photographer, originally from New Zealand and Noemie is a model who also works in PR. Noemie was born in France.

They both lived a number of years in Bondi before meeting and falling in love in front of the Woolworths in The Pacific. (Talk about meet/cute. We think we’ve seen the movie.)
