Australian Bartender Magazine’s Bar Manager of the year for 2023 Matty Opai has worked at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar for 10 years. He’s also a regular in the sauna at the pool which is where we met him. We actually met through his cousin Lenny, who also works at IDRB and who we featured a while ago. See HERE. Matty lives in Bondi and likes to be bubble-bound as much as possible.
