Well before Bondi Fresh Daily was even a twinkle in our eye, we knew Bev as one of Sydney’s great talents in the service industry. Back then (we’re talking the 80s and into the 90s) she was working at the Bayswater Brasserie in Kings Cross, and was one of the reasons why we, and many others, made it our second home. She is warm and friendly, but not overly. She is there to ensure you have a great evening, not to be your best friend. She is knowledgable but not pushy.

After we said a teary goodbye to the Bayswater (after many years) Bev went on to start her own establishment before landing at Sean’s on Campbell Parade seven years ago. They are lucky to have her. Well, it’s a match made in heaven.
