Diogo is one of the owners of Vida Surf, an intriguingly curated hole in the wall on the corner of Curlewis and Gould Streets.
Vida Surf is a surf store that is also a café that serves health food. It has only been open for 7 months but already seems to have gathered a fair number of loyalists.
Diogo is Brazilian but has lived here in Bondi for the last 10 years. He grew up far from the coast so for someone who loves to surf this is heaven. Also, being close to the beach means there are “always interesting people around, artists etc.”
The happiest day of Diogo’s life was either the day he got his first dog or the day he first stood up on a wave.
