People of Bondi | Fausto Zizioli

Originally from Italy, Fausto has lived in Bondi since 2008. He is one of the owners, along with his brothers Damiano and Mauro, of La Piadina, a now well established local favourite on Glenayr Street (and newly opened in Double Bay). If you want your piadina or some other Italian deliciousness, this is where you come.

Fausto is keen for cultural change in his adopted home and sees the business and its support of local artists as their contribution. The brothers have teamed up with Activated Walls and now La Piadina has become a canvas for an ever changing cycle of local artists. Every month a new artist is featured.

This month the featured artist is Lukas Shakespeare. He is 9 years old! They don’t make them much younger than that.
