People of Bondi | Gaudi Diaz

We were attracted to the new blue and white stripe on the corner of Campbell Parade and Ramsgate Avenue in the place of the old Hobbits (vale Hobbits!). In fact we were drawn to it (what is it about blue and white stripe?)

Gaudi, who lives nearby, was working on the remodelling of that space for what will be Paradise Road Kitchen, an offshoot of Paradise Road Diner which is along Campbell Parade a little.

He loves living in Bondi  for the beach lifestyle - “to have the water as part of your everyday life is great.”
