Everybody knows Joe. He’s been selling The Big Issue in Bondi for 10 years. He’s either out the front of Kemenys or Eastgate in Bondi Junction. Joe lives around the corner on Bennett Street, which selling The Big Issue has enabled him to do. He loves Bondi because he meets people from all over the world. Everyone is friendly, open and generous, including the businesses. He’s a big believer in the Golden Rule. Joe has been an extra in movies such as A Few Best Men with Olivia Newton-John and the Australian Sleeping Beauty.
