élan’s Caribbean Flavours

This is élan. We met her at our local butcher Macelleria on Campbell Parade. She works there part time dishing out the steaks, the burgers and other foody love.

Her story is interesting. She grew up in the Caribbean and has developed a range of sauces that bring that sprit to Bondi and beyond. She’s won all sorts of awards for them. Check out élan’s Caribbean Flavours on her website HERE.
