We bump into Peter from Macelleria quite regularly (we even profiled him HERE) but we thought this time we should photograph him for Bondi Fresh Daily as he has become a shadow of his former self. The difference between now and when he first appeared in these pages is remarkable.
Peter, who is opening the new Macelleria in the Pacific in about 5 weeks, knew he had to be fit to be up to the stressful task of completing the new fitout in a relatively short space of time. And fit he got. He looks great!
