Some businesses feel embedded in the community even before the shingle goes up. The community senses they are there for them. And so it is with the newly opened, The Bakery on Glenayr.
Farid Hussein, Elise Cook and Michael Klausen, of Brasserie Bread fame, have come together to create The Bakery on Glenayr and provide the community with artisanal bread and other baked delicious things.
As Michael says, “every community needs a bakery”.
