Hipster Vibe

These four dudes were sitting in the window of the Calipress juice bar on the corner of Jacques Avenue and Hall Street yesterday, looking every inch the hipster crew working on a project together … bro. Actually not. Just four guys doing their thing. Although, a couple of them turned out to be screen writers from Melbourne, so that does score highly on the hipstometer … tick and tick.

Quite a friendly vibe, this window to/from the street seating. In our memory, this first became a thing in Sydney over 25 years ago when Pam (whose last name we can’t remember), the founder of the Gusto deli cafe, did this same thing just next door at what is still a Gusto Espresso Bar.
