Eric Avery and Graham King

These two guys are more likely to be found busking up at Bondi Junction but thought they would give the beach a go today. 

Eric Avery is on violin and Graham King is playing the yidaki. It seems like the most unlikely combination but the music was utterly beautiful. They were playing a piece that Eric had composed called ‘Warriors Ascending’. 

Eric learnt to play the violin at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and is now at AIM.

Graham has been playing the yidaki for “well over 20 years.”
