Today we visited Carriageworks in Redfern for the Sydney Tea Festival where our friend Jonas Allen was launching his new brand of organic teas. Jonas runs a creative agency on Hall Street called Bondi Advertising (mantra = “Think Outside The Flags”) … but he grew up in India, and hence his connection with The Organic Tea Project.
