Actress, director, writer and producer (phew, we’re exhausted!) is a regular at the pool.

Alyson lives in Bronte (“I’m an interloper!”) but always starts her day by rolling out of bed and down the hill to the Icebergs. “An early morning swim and sauna there is always the highlight of my week.”

Is there one thing you’d like people to know about you?

“I will confess, I’m a hugger.” [Ed. Social distancing can’t have been easy]
