Giorgio has a stall at the Bondi markets selling all kinds Italian delectables. He is originally from Rome so he knows what he’s doing!

Go get your ricotta, anchovies, (home made) pickled olives (we did). While you’re there pick up some (home made) nduja which is a Calabrian spreadable sausage. We didn’t but we will next time. So many things to choose from.
