Jesse the Entrepreneur

Jesse started his enterprise, like any good entrepreneur, small. He was selling home made lemonade from a stand at the front of his home in Coogee before expanding his range to bottled water and cans of drinks to appeal to the thirsty walkers passing by.

It was expanded again when he moved the operation to Dunningham Reserve in Coogee. By now he was selling the aforementioned plus kombucha, coconut water and sunscreen. The latter was suggested by Jay Allen OAM, the founder of The Australian Skin Care Foundation.

Unfortunately for Jesse he was refused a permit to trade by council. A subsequent appeal was also rejected.

About this time Jesse was receiving a LOT of press attention which led to him getting this stall at Bondi Markets.

Jesse has learned the art of spruiking and the upsell. Go Jesse.
