Michael Stowell

We so enjoyed meeting Michael. He was happy to stop and have a chat.

Michael grew up in a very disadvantaged part of Sydney. He and his friends used to get the bus and train to Bondi during the holidays to spend the day at the beach. Michael always wondered what it must be like to grow up in a place like this and began yearning to make his home here.

Eight years ago he was able to do just that. Michael is a roofer and started his own construction company, MJS Roofing, when he was 22. He knew what he wanted and he just made it happen. The rest of us are better off for it.
