Inspired by that day’s delivery of some “eye popping” blue swimmer crabs Sean Moran of Sean’s on Campbell Parade decided that he had to have a crab painted on the wall of his restaurant’s annex so he called his sister who was on her way home to the Northern Rivers. Toni Clarke, who is a talented artist, didn’t hesitate and took a snappy detour to the art store before spending the next 6 hours painting this gorgeous and delicious looking thing.
