We bumped into Eliza on the Promenade earlier this week but it wasn’t the first time we had seen her. We started noticing her around the traps only recently but when we asked if she had just moved to Bondi her answer was “no, I’ve lived here for ever!”
That’s how it goes here, isn’t it? We have friends who feel sure must have moved out of the neighbourhood, been on extended holiday, or worse, but when we finally bump into them it turns out their timetable has adjusted just enough to make them invisible.
Eliza is a woman of many talents.She is a financial trader, singer, keyboard player and author. She also has a YouTube series of motivational videos. See HERE.
She loves that in summer “lots of cool and amazing people come to Bondi but that in winter the locals get together.”
Her happiest day? “It’s not here yet. I feel it’s going to come!”
