People of Bondi | Greg Perano

Greg is finishing off two low budget films as writer and director, and also works as a DJ. Our Lola is going to check out his work at the Royal Oak in Double Bay on Saturday night where he has a regular gig. 

Greg started surfing at 39. He loves Bondi for the ocean and also for the amount of “wildlife that’s out there.” He sees albatrosses off the north point as well as the odd penguin, stingray … and myriad birds that he reckons aren’t apparent to shore-dwellers.
