Having been a Bondi Real Estate agent since 1990, Natasha has witnessed many changes in the area, as you might imagine. She knows her stuff. You can practically describe any house in the area and she’ll tell you where it’s to be found!
When asked what she loves about Bondi this is what she had to say:
“To me, it’s home sweet home. Bondi ticks all the boxes … surf, sun and sand; only 15 mins to the spectacular city of Sydney [Ed: real estate speak, but you know she really means it]. The diversity of the Bondi people has always appealed to me with its casual, multi-cultural, bohemian mix. And of course a swim at the north end of Bondi followed by a coffee from one of my many favourite cafes. As another local recently said, “once you get Bondi, you never want to leave.”
