Pavsonic - The Pinks

These guys know what they are doing. Last Saturday was the inaugural night of Pavsonic in the theatre upstairs at the Pavilion. The Pinks were playing the blues and they were good. There was an edge of chaos … did they have a set list? But when you have musicians of this calibre, it’s just going to be great.

The Pinks is made up of Peter O'Doherty, Chris O’Doherty aka Reg Mombassa, Robert Susz, Brendan Gallagher, Jonathan Zwartz, Rob Souter and Doug Nairn. Their combined resume reads: Mental As Anything, Continental Blues Party, Dynamic Hepnotics and Karma County. Amazing.

Coming up on the 9th September there is King Tide, one of the most played reggae pop soul bands on Australian radio. 

Dave Mason and Brendan Gallagher will be there on the 16th September.

Finally, Songwriters in the Round is happening on the 23rd with Leah Flanagan, Bernie Hayes, Sam Buckingham and Dan Mac.
