Footpath Signage

Ok these are NOT magical symbols leading to other world/worlds (sad face).

They are a colour coding system for the location of utilities’ pipes and cables. This provides engineers, site managers and workers universal way to locate services that are not visible on the surface.
So you can interpret the next bit of footpath code you encounter:
White C = Communications
Green D = Storm or raw water
Orange E = Electricity
Red F = Fire Services
Purple R = Recycled Water
Pink U = Unidentified Services
Blue W = Water
