People of Bondi | Not Not Cam Scott
You would have seen gallery and street artist Not Not Cam Scott’s highly recognisable work all over the neighbourhood. Never not thought provoking (to keep to the double negative theme) his work adorns and enriches the urban landscape.
The popular Nth Bondi Board Share Board was Scott’s initiative. Bravo.
Scott was asked by Waverley Council to do the impossible and make the cement blocks at the north end of the beach look better. He had previously been involved with not for profit Take 3 For the Sea and thought their message was perfect for the commission. As part of the Ocean Lovers Festival, Not Not conducted workshops teaching local children (future graffiti artists??) to cut their own stencils. He took the stencils and applied the work to the blocks.
